Who Is Mob Wives: New Blood’s Natalie Guercio?

We’ve established that Mob Wives: New Blood’s Big Ang and Drita D’Avanzo didn’t really take to new castmate Natalie Guercio in their first encounter. The South Philly lady rubs the veteran wives the wrong way in the show’s upcoming season premiere — airing this Thursday, December 5 — when she gets a little too well acquainted with her lunchtime cocktails. But let’s give Natalie the benefit of the doubt and get to know her a bit more ourselves, shall we?
Though the season preview may hint otherwise, Natalie and her pal Alicia DiMichele are adamant that they’re bringing their strong family values to Staten Island this season. As the single mother of 9-year-old Nunzio, Natalie provides for her family by running her family’s funeral home alongside her grandfather (aww!). Fun fact: The mortuary is historic for burying big names in Philly’s underworld, including Michael "Mikey Chang" Ciancaglini, Chickie Narducci and Frankie Baldino. Additionally, Natalie’s an experienced beautician, and still does some hair styling on the side. What a busy lady!
And while the young mom is a business woman, she’s definitely still looking to have a good time. When asked to describe what makes NYC great, she’s quick to talk about the nightlife — she did meet current boyfriend, London Rene, in a club, after all.
As for her relationship with the ladies, Natalie says she doesn’t have a current favorite, but admits to viewing the show before joining.
“Before I was on the show, Drita was my favorite because she didn’t let anyone give her s—t and she was real,” she says. Hmm, does that mean things have changed since?
Guess we’ll have to wait to find out what’s in store for this season! In the meantime, here’s what Natalie had to say about what we can expect: “A lot of fun, a lot of yelling, a lot of arguing, a lot of laughing. It’s just a brand new season, brand new cast. I’m from Philly and you can’t get any different than that.”
