Ex-Miss New Jersey Teen USA contestant found strangled to death near baby: police
Mary Greff, 23, was found dead by her parents in Waldwick Wednesday — in the same room as her infant son. Her boyfriend, 22-year-old Mark Spatucci, was arrested Thursday on murder and related charges before ordered held on $2 million bond, according to local reports.

Police believe Mary Greff, 23, had been dead for about 12 hours when she was found around 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The ex-boyfriend of a former Miss New Jersey Teen USA contestant found strangled to death in the same room as her baby Wednesday afternoon has been arrested in her murder, according to local reports.
Mary Greff, a 23-year-old competitor from 2008, was found dead in her parents' home in Waldwick, N.J., at 1 p.m., after police say her former boyfriend climbed through a window of her bedroom Tuesday night, WABC reports.
Mark Spatucci, the 22-year-old father of her child, was arrested Thursday on charges of murder, felony murder, burglary, endangering the welfare of a child and hindering apprehension, according to the station.

Police say after Spatucci entered Greff's second-floor bedroom, the couple began arguing.
They don’t believe Greff's parents, with whom she shares the house, were awake throughout the confrontation.
