The last time I saw Sgt. Caracappa was when I witnessed him and Louis Epolitto kill a Man in Brook South...take this Italian Man in a Black Mercedes to the pound on Ditmas aven where the car was crushed into a small cube with The Man still inside...Inwas just a young cop...he was Icy cold...but because of Louis Epolitto...Inwas allowed to live...they were old school and even knowing that I knew that they killed Police Officer Ralph Dols...They let me live..THANK YOU...
