BERNARD WDWARDS was born in Greenville North Carolina...but raised in BEDFORD STUYVESANT Brooklyn #BEDSTUY...I'm building on my post from yesterday. #CHIC was another reason the Brooklyn sound (Later called DISCO) kept Brooklyn from embracing Hip-Hop until his groove was the baseline in the legendary "RAPPER'S DELIGHT" If you're from a certain age group..you will surely remember his song below..a BED-STUY Classic.
