John "POP" Freeman "GODFATHER" of Black Mob in South Eastern Queens New York Founder of South Jamaica Cartel

  1.  My Uncle "PERRY BURNS"
  2. was released from prison in 1970 after serving a 10
  3. year prison sentence. POP FREEMAN first established
  4. Heroin street dealing along Liberty avenue in
  5. South Jamaica before I was born. My family
  6.  lived at 188-40 Keeseville avenue in Saint Albans
  7.  across the street lived Ronald "Ronnie Bump" Bassett who was closely associated with POP FREEMAN and his daughter Theresa.
  8. In 1982 my Uncle was arrested and sentenced
  9. to prison of which he served 5 years. Ronald Bassett
  10. was also sentenced at this time. I was only 12. By the
  11. time they were released I was a Police Officer
  12. working for my Uncle, who worked for
  13. Mr. Bassett. They were the real source of my
  14. Heroin whereas I was given the
  15. name "CandyMan" by fellow
  16.  Officers...and fellow Drug dealers.
  17.  POP FREEMAN'S family is very tight
  18. lipped about his past and criminal associations
  19. as is everyone from that neighborhood and
  20. time. I'm not even allowed to post his pic.
  21. His legend and legacy is tightly guarded.
